ADJIE SPA ACADEMY

Since 2009, we have been dedicated to building professional spa education in Indonesia.
Founded as Spa Personalia Training Center in Malang, East Java, we evolved into Spa Personalia Academy in 2010 and later became Royal Java Spa Academy in 2013.

With over 15 years of experience, we have successfully trained and graduated hundreds of skilled spa therapists who are now working in prestigious hotels and resorts both domestically and internationally.

Today, with renewed spirit and vision, we proudly stand as Adjie Spa Academy by Adjie Spa Australia, located in Jimbaran, Bali — an international-standard spa training center committed to producing professional, ethical, and globally competitive spa therapists.

AJI NURIDA

Began her beauty journey in 1993, founding IDA Salon – Hair Stylist & Make Up, a well-known salon in Malang and its surrounding areas. Always eager to grow, she honed her creative hairstyling skills under the guidance of Rudy Hadisuwarno.

By 2000, she expanded her career into the world of health and wellness with Forever Living Products (FLP) as a Beauty Consultant, hosting and speaking at numerous beauty and skincare seminars.

Her passion for natural beauty led her into the Spa industry, blending traditional healing with modern techniques. She trained at prestigious institutions such as Bali BISA (Bali International Spa Academy), Padmastana Training Center, and Gaya Spa, later becoming a Spa Therapist Trainer at MAPINDO Bali Spa Institute.

In 2009, driven by her vision to empower young professionals, she founded the Spa Personalia Training Center, dedicated to producing skilled spa therapists ready for global careers.

Her success continued with the establishment of Adjie Spa Australia, the first Balinese Massage Spa in Port Douglas, Queensland, Australia, in 2016 — a thriving international achievement.

Now, in 2025, Aji Nurida proudly brings her expertise full circle by launching Adjie Spa Academy in Bali, devoted to nurturing world-class spa professionals with international standards of excellence.

Born from a passion cultivated since 2006 in the art of massage and body care, my journey began as a personal hobby and evolved into an international career that has taken me across the globe — from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Africa, Saudi Arabia, to Qatar.

Guided by years of hands-on experience and a deep desire to create opportunities for others, I founded Tri Datu Spa — a place where skill, passion, and purpose unite.

To further enhance the quality and professionalism in the spa industry, I am now proudly collaborating with Adjie Spa Academy to open specialized training programs that prepare individuals to become world-class spa professionals equipped with international standards of excellence.

From my first step into the world of wellness at Spa Personalia Training Center Malang in 2010, I discovered a lifelong passion for the art of healing and holistic beauty. My early experiences as a Trainer and Spa Therapist taught me that true wellness is not just a skill — it is a calling to bring balance, care, and comfort to others.

My career later took me abroad, serving as a Spa Therapist at Al-Manahil Center Royal Family Spa in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 2013 to 2021. Those years were a period of deep growth, where I learned the value of professionalism, cultural respect, and the global standards that define excellence in spa service.

In 2025, I fulfilled a long-held dream by collaborating with Tri Datu Spa to establish Adjie Spa Academy — a place where knowledge meets purpose. Our mission is to empower future spa professionals with world-class expertise, international certification, and the confidence to shine — not only across Indonesia but also throughout the global wellness industry.
